Approve the VHB comment letter dated September 1, 2026, regarding the completeness of the July 2026 26 Linden Place/15 Barstow Road Mixed Use Development Draft DEIS submitted by IMEG on behalf of applicant JS Barstow LLC and Authorize the Village Attorney to send said letter to applicant’s attorney as the Village’s response.

 

Authorize Mayor Rosen to Enter into an Agreement with FBS Parking Enforcement Management Services, Inc.
