Housing Department

The Village of Great Neck Plaza is comprised by many multiple dwellings. Our Housing Department handles various tenant issues, from heat and noise complaints to rent regulation and stabilization. The Housing Department works very closely with our Building Department and our Code Enforcement Unit to ensure the safety of our constituents.

Nassau County is currently updating its Consolidated Plan and Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing to identify and address barriers that impact fair housing choices within the county.
