PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck Plaza will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at the Village Hall located at Two Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, NY, to consider an application by the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island (as seller)  and The Daten Group (as purchaser) for a conditional use permit to construct a four-story multi-unit residential building (64 proposed units) on the property located at 68 Grace Avenue, Great Neck, NY (Section 2, Block 202, Lot 185). 


PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all people interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at said public hearing.
