PUBLIC NOTICE: Adoption of Local Law Amending Section 124-32(A) of the Village Code

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Great Neck Plaza will hold ”a public hearing on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall, Two Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, New York to consider adoption of a local law amending Section 124-32(A) of the Village Code by adding a provision thereto requiring that, during the period from October 1 through May 31 of each year, the inside temperature of all apartment units in residential buildings (other than owner-occupied one-family dwellings ) shall be at least 62 degrees Fahrenheit at all times, except as otherwise required by this section when outside temperatures fall below 55 degrees Fahrenheit”

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public meeting.
