PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Great Neck Plaza will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, at 7:00PM at the Village Hall, Two Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, New York to consider a Conditional Use Permit for Ted Mastakouris to operate bagel shop to be known as Bagel Chalet located at 6 Great Neck Rd., Great Neck, NY. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public meeting.
