Legal Notice: Inspection of Parking Garages

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck Plaza will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. to consider adoption of a local law amending Chapter 165 of the Village Code (‘Property Maintenance’) by adding thereto an Article IV mandating the periodic inspection, assessment and maintenance of parking garages within the Village.  The hearing will be held by ZOOM and the information for the ZOOM link will be posted on the Village website at greatneckplaza.com.

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT all people and agencies interested in this application will be given an opportunity to be heard at said public hearing.
