Public Notice: Tentative Assessment Roll for the 3/1/23 - 2/29/24 Fiscal Year

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Tentative Assessment Roll of the Village of Great Neck Plaza for the fiscal year 3/1/23 – 2/29/24 has been filed with the Village Clerk.  Effective November 1, 2022 the Assessment roll may be seen and examined by any person during regular business hours.  Monday through Friday, 9 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.  All applications for grievance review of any assessments must be filed on specific forms with the Village Clerk-Treasurer on or before November 15, 2022.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, the Village Board of Trustees sitting as a Board of Review will meet at 8 P.M. at the Village Hall, Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, NY for the purpose of hearing any complaints, make any determination in relation to the Assessment Roll, and to complete the Tax Roll for the fiscal year beginning March 1, 2023 and ending February 29, 2024.
