Legal Notice: Amending Chapter 89-27 and 145-4 of Village Code

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck Plaza will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. at the Village Hall, Two Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, New York to consider a local law to amend Chapter 89-27 and 145-4 of the Village Code regarding the various provisions regulating the hours of construction and other noisy activities.

 

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT all people and agencies interested in this application will be given an opportunity to be heard at said public hearing.
