PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Great Neck Plaza will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall, Two Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, New York to consider a Conditional Use Permit for Chill Tavern to change ownership at 66 Middle Neck Rd, Great Neck, NY.

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public meeting.
