Legal Notice: Amend Chapter 114 & 185 RE Fire Risk to Pedestrians

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck Plaza will hold a public hearing to consider a local law amending Chapter 114 of the Village Code (Fire Prevention and Protection) and Chapter 185 of the Village Code (Streets and Sidewalks) to incorporate provisions prohibiting on public streets, sidewalks and adjacent areas certain uses which increase fire risk, impede pedestrian traffic and/or otherwise diminish the quality of life in the village.

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT all people and agencies interested in this application will be given an opportunity to be heard at said public hearing.
