PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Great Neck Plaza will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall, Two Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, New York to consider a Conditional Use Permit for KK Great Neck 2470 LLC. to operate a gym to be known as Planet Fitness Assetco LLC. located at 40A Great Neck Rd. 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public meeting.
