PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Great Neck Plaza will hold a public hearing on Wednesday,  November  20, 2024,  at 7:00 PM at the Village  Hall, Two Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, New York to consider a Conditional Use Permit for Joseph Billeli to operate a Business Office on the 1st floor at 1 Grace Ave., Great Neck. In the B District.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public meeting.
