PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Great Neck Plaza will reschedule a public hearing posted for October 2, 2024 to Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 7:00PM at the Village Hall, Two Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, New York to consider a Conditional Use Qi Qing Zhang to operate a Tea/Coffee Shop, to be known as Umitea & Poke Bowl located at 105 Middle Neck Road, Great Neck.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public meeting.
