PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the hearing on the application by the Episcopal Diocese of Long Island (as seller) and The Daten Group (as contract vendee) for a conditional use permit to construct a four-story multi-unit residential building (64 proposed units) on the property located at 68 Grace Avenue, Great Neck, NY (Section 2, Block 202, Lot 185) has been adjourned to the meeting of the Board of Trustees to be held at the Great Neck Plaza Village Hall located at Two Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, NY, on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 7:00 P.M.

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all people interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at said public hearing.
