PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Great Neck Plaza will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall, Two Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, New York to consider an application by Tianyu Wan to expand the driveway at 25 Welwyn Road pursuant to Section 225-130C. of the Village Code.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public meeting.
