PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Great Neck Plaza will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall located at 2 Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, NY 11022 to consider a Conditional Use Permit for Joseph Yoon to operate an Ice Cream Shop to be known as Emack and Bolio’s, located at 3 Great Neck Rd, Great Neck, NY 11021.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public meeting.
