PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Great Neck Plaza will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Village Hall, Two Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, New York to consider a Conditional Use Permit for Lillian Wong to operate a Bubble Tea Cafe to be known as Crystal Bloom Cafe at 43 S. Middle Neck Rd., Great Neck, NY.

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public meeting.
