LEGAL NOTICE: Gold Coast Arts Center, Consider Granting a Special Permit

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck Plaza (Village) will hold a public hearing at 7:00 pm on June 17, 2026, at Village Hall, 2 Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, New York, to consider granting a special permit, pursuant to Village Code Section 225-110 (K), to authorize certain second floor sign by the Gold Coast Arts Center located at 113 Middle Neck Road in the Village

 

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all people interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public meeting.
