Public Notice: The Use of Bicycles, Scooters and Skateboards on Village Sidewalks

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck Plaza will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at the Village Hall, Two Gussack Plaza, Great Neck, New York to consider a local law to amend Chapters 83 and 84 of the Village Code regarding the use of bicycles, scooters, skateboards and other similar vehicles on Village sidewalks, including when such vehicles are powered by gas or electricity.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT all people and agencies interested in this application will be given an opportunity to be heard at said public hearing.
