Authorize the Village to Conduct an Informational Meeting on April 29, 2026, at 7:00 PM, in Regard to Additional Sidewalk Improvements on Portions of Middle Neck Road and Removal of Additional Trees in Connection with such Improvements.

 

Authorize the Mayor to Enter into an Agreement with VHB Engineering to Retain them to Apply for Certain Grant Funding for a Pedestrian Safety and Traffic Improvement Project.

 

Authorize the Clerk-Treasurer to Advertise for a Public Hearing to Consider, and to Authorize the Mayor to Adopt the Proposal Vigilant Fire Department Contract for 2026.

 

Authorize the Village Clerk to Advertise for a Continued Public Hearing on May 20, 2026, to Consider the Application by the North Shore Sephardic Synagogue for a Conditional Use Permit to Construct a Student Gym in its Parking Lot at 130 Cutter Mill Road.

 

Authorize the Village Clerk to Advertise for a Public Hearing on May 20, 2026, to Consider the Application by St. Paul’s Church and the Daten Group for a Conditional Use Permit to Construct a Multi-Unit Residential Building at 68 Grace Avenue.

 

Authorize Public Hearing to Establish a Village Architectural Review Commission.
