Consider the Tentative Budget and Salary Schedule for the Fiscal Year Beginning March 1, 2026, and Ending February 28, 2027 (New)

Board Discussion, Authorization:

Amending the Bond Resolution adopted on March 5, 2025, relating to parking garage improvements. The Amending Resolution extends the maturity of bonds from five years to the maximum authorized pursuant to the Local Finance Law for such purpose of twenty-five (25) years

Final Assessment Roll 2026-2027

 

Authorize a local law to override the tax levy established in General Municipal Law 3-c

 

Approval of the final scope document regarding preparation of a Draft Environmental Impact Statement

pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act for the proposed development project at 15 Barstow Road/26 Linden Place (Sec 2, Blk 83, Lots 17, 19, 20 and 22)

 

Authorize the Clerk-Treasurer to Advertise for a Special meeting of Board of Trustees on January 28^th, 2026, to Consider and adopt the Budget for 2026-2027
