Authorize the Village Clerk-Treasurer to Advertise for a Public Hearing to Consider a Local Law to Amend Section 206-66 of the Village Code Regarding the List, Amount and Timing of Fines, Penalties and Fees for Violations of the Provisions of Chapter 206 of the Village Code and of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, and Also to Amend Other Provisions of the Village Code Relating to the Enforcement of such Fines, Penalties and Fees, Including but not Limited to Chapter 102 of the Village Code with Respect to Default Judgments
