Consider the application by JS Barstow LLC, ES Barstow LLC and Elgrand LLC for Site Plan Approval, a conditional Use Permit and a Permit of Compliance to Construct a Multi-Story Mixed Use Building with 57 rental units Plus Retail Space on the Property within the Village located at 15 Barstow (a/k/a 26 Linden Place) (section 2, Block 83, Lots 17,19,20and 22)  (Cont’d)

Board Discussion, Authorization:


Authorize the Clerk-Treasurer to Pay Claims on Abstract #2599 thru #2610 Total: $1,194,052.08 & Capital Projects Abstract #3533-3534 Total $402,919.94

 

Authorize and approve the purchase of a new Street Sign “Welcome to Village of Great Neck Plaza” and do not exceed the amount of $4,150.00.

 

Authorize a local law to override the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law 3-c

 

Authorize the Village to enter into a contract with VHB to perform certain traffic/parking studies in connection with an application for variances and conditional use permit to construct a gym at 130 Cuttermill Road.

 

Discuss and authorize a THIRD Board of Trustees meeting on January 28, 2026, to consider the adoption of the budget and salary schedule for the fiscal year beginning March 1, 2026, and ending February 28, 2027, if budget is not adopted at the regularly scheduled Board of Trustees meeting on January 21, 2026.
